You Should Meditate 20 Minutes Per Day. Unless You Don’t Have Time. Then You Should Meditate 1 Hour Per Day.

You Should Meditate 20 Minutes Per Day. Unless You Don’t Have Time. Then You Should Meditate 1 Hour Per Day.

It’s an old saying–or joke–and it’s even more relevant for me these days as I’m “busy.”

Want to know a secret?

In fact, it’s a secret that I’m keeping from myself: I’m so busy BECAUSE I’m not meditating enough.

Meditation gives me clarity, which brings focus, which makes me more effective and efficient, which means I have to work less time on projects, which gives me more time.

So by meditating more each day, I’m actually gaining time.

I’m bending time.

Now that is a bit of Kairos time winning out over Chronos time.
