The crazy part is that I know what I’m supposed to do to succeed.

I’m just not so sure how to do it.

Here’s what I’m not doing that I need to do:

Build an audience.

That’s it. The whole 1,000 True Fans is a real thing. In fact, it’s the real thing. It might be the only thing.

But yet I’m not doing it.

I don’t really know how.

I know I need to do it.

That’s where I am.
