I have a book about meditation and yet, I’d recommend this book before my book.
I’m a do-er, I do, I just act and see what happens later.
Emily Fletcher did the whole move-to-India-for-years thing and then did research and, you know, all that scientific stuff.

That’s it.
She has a 15-minute, twice a day regimen with a mantra that just plain works. It’s simple, it’s not always easy, and it works.
I know, I’ve done it.
I’ve done lots of other meditations, I’ll stick to those, too, but I’m adding her 15 minutes into my day–or replacing my regular (usually, Dr. Joe Dispenza) meditations with hers.
I can’t say enough good about this book other than read it, or better yet, listen to the audio book, and do the work.
