Book Cover Design: If it speaks to me, is that good enough?

I’m a bit infatuated with vintage travel poster design.

I’ve written about it before …

Actually, that phrase hasn’t stopped me from writing about something.

In fact, it’s usually a sign it’s something I need to pursue further.

Such as, using the “vintage travel poster” design for at least one of my book series.

It’s a good idea, right?

No, really. Right?

Oh yes, I should answer the question in the title.

If my audience hates it, doesn’t like it, just doesn’t want it then it’s a question of whether or not I’m writing for my audience or, you know, stuff like wanting to actually sell books is important.

If it’s not.

Then it’s not.
