OK, fine, to create is important. How do I do it?

OK, fine, to create is important. How do I do it?

I dictated this post on my iPhone using the built-in dictation tool in simple Notes app.

Here’s my video recap. The actual post is below.

This is what I dictated into my phone:

Hey, so here we go.

I’m in the Notes app on an iPhone. I find that certain apps do dictation better than others. For iPhone, Notes is a native app so maybe that’s why it works better.

My goal for this little video is to show you how easy it can be to create. if I wanna get really fancy, I will also record a short video of where I’m standing with my dog, pepper.

Creating has been one single thing that has changed my life immeasurably. There are many things that change our lives and yet one of them is usually the big one that makes Enough difference to change our lives.

What I wanna show you Here with this example is how easy it can be to create and that you don’t need to be behind your computer on a certain day with the sunset just right and the steaming up hot cup of coffee on the Friday evening on the Lakeside when you retire and your kids are off to school… Can you see where I’m going with this?

It’s a Monday morning at 9:08 AM. My dog is snuffling around in the grass and all I wanna do is show you how easy it is to create.

I realize I haven’t told you why creating it so powerful. I think the simplest and most clear example is a drain in a sink or even an exhaust pipe in a car or, if you want to get a little more graphic, but I think it works even better, our human bodies.

We fill our bodies with food and drink and, as we all know, it has to leave our bodies somehow. That’s the physical aspect.

Think of it the same way with everything that we consume as far as media: movies and TV and podcasts and books and conversations and… Everything.

How do we unclog the drain? How do we let the exhaust out of the car so the engine doesn’t explode? What if we eat and never let anything out, it’s a messy and yucky thought.

Now, think of your mind and even your heart and what we put in it all the time and what do we let out.

This for me is where creating comes in. It’s our exhaust pipe our… I don’t need to say it.

It’s very simple and with many things that are so simple, they are only powerful when you do it.

So, what have you created today?

I created this post dictating into my phone using nothing more than a simple Notes app and I will just copy and paste this into a post later this morning.

I’m inspired by my dog and the morning sky.

What inspires you this morning and how will you set it free?

We are we create.
