That “Free Time” you’re longing for? It’s not free.

That “Free Time” you’re longing for? It’s not free.

Struggling to find that hour (maybe just that half hour) in those 24 we get every day?

Let’s do a little math.

  1. There are 24 hours.
  2. They’re all yours. (No, really.)
  3. You need to sleep for some.
  4. Work for some.
  5. Do other stuff for some.
  6. Are they all gone?
  7. Is there not 1 left over?

How can you find it? It might be hiding. What can you sacrifice to get it? Because don’t forget, it’s there.

My hour usually comes in the morning. But I have to wake up, get up, make it happen.

I’ve been jetlagged. It needs to be over now.

I miss my hour in the mornings.

Dearly.

I’ll do anything to get it back.

But all I need to do is get up early.

1 hour early.

Where’s your hour hiding?
