Just uploaded my first song to iTunes. THAT was easy.
That was WAY too much fun.
I’m addicting to creating. It’s the thrill of knowing your, ahem, work will appear somewhere for sale. The true artist (read: non business-minded wanderer … ) doesn’t even care if the thing sells, they’re just excited it’s in existence. It’s out there, someone could buy it, even if it’s their next door neighbor.
I wish I had a better reason to upload a Guided Meditation single to iTunes, but I’m hoping it will help. It’ll be live by tomorrow, or so I think I read. I did a good job of recording and will post more about that whole process here (bought microphone, Audacity, background track, quiet recording space, cover art, song description, whew).
But it’s up there. Well, it will. I literally just hit upload. I think this stuff is way too much fun.
How easy is it to upload a song to iTunes? Way too easy. No wonder there are 14 gazillion songs up there. Now there are 14 gazillion and 1.
