Managing your account is getting easier

If it’s going to be easier in the future, what’s the present description?

I really enjoyed how they let you know that you must suffer through their current account management. “You’ll be treated” to new features. Ooh, what a treat! “Logging in will be easy.” Oh good, because that whole user name + password was really getting to me.

It all sounds so wonderful, but, uh, it’s not quite there yet. It’s coming soon.

Their tagline is Rethinking Possible. I suppose “possible” is not-very-easy customer management and the rethinking of that is “easier.” Oh good.
