As much as I am into creating audio, we need to listen?
There’s an audio shop here in The Netherlands that I’m a huge fan of.
Here’s an excellent example of “Newsletter Marketing.”
Sure, they have a sale and they give you a coupon, but the important part is they’re sharing this excellent video that you want to watch even if you don’t buy anything. That’s the ideal marketing message:
- Share something good (ideally, something shareable).
 - Have a coupon.
 - Leave it at that.

As someone who creates and consumes tons of audio, I appreciate this message.
Especially the shocker bit in the video at around the 1:40 mark.
