“Oh, next year will be better.”

“Oh, next year will be better.”
This entry is part 70 of 70 in the series Spark

Maybe. But now is the time for the message of today.

“Next year will be different.”

It’s not really about better or worse. It’s about now and then.

Maybe your kid is just about the same from 12 to 13. Maybe.

Maybe not.

Let’s capture the voice in their hearts right now.

If next year is better, great, let’s do it again.

“My dog is as big as brunch.”

“We’re going to have sidetracks.”

“It’s OK, we have a month to get a book done.”

“I can’t forecast how it’s going to work but I can tell you we’re going to get it done.”

“We’re going to have a book.”

“This month in the life of your child is only going to happen once and it’s only going to happen right now.”
